I'm inclined to say yes, mainly on the basis that one kind of mammal (both male and less frequently female) is known to be able to perform this deed with a wide variety of other species of mammals, it stands to reason that other mammals are also.

Unless of course you believe that bestiality is only enabled by either the divine nature of humans or our powerful cognitive capabilities .

yes, a penis can ejaculate into anything especially if it is an animal that ejaculates quickly from intercourse.

of course whether there will be a baby animal is a matter left to whether the species are similar enough chromosomally to allow such a thing to exist.
