If you're putting negative votes on people who were perceived to have done the worst damage, then it's not surprising that Hitler's gone but it's a surprise that Stalin and Mao are still around, for example.

This poll is meaningless, trite, and a waste of time. It lacks any degree of objectivity or scientific metrics to it.

Having said all that, please find my votes below... *AHEM* My theory is that I'm voting down the dictators who were entirely malignant, and voting up the dictators who were somewhat benevolent. And plus... it's a vote! Who doesn't like votes? Eh? Eh?

I meant more of on what reasoning people use for --/+ votes; the one they hate most, who was most evil, who was/is least of dictator on this list? Oh well, it's not like it really matters.
