Call him "Dis". As I assume that's not your real name .

          According to imdb.com:

The dog used in the film, named simply "Dog", was obtained from a local dog pound and trained to perform in the film. Because the sound of the engines upset him (and in one incident, caused him to relieve himself in the car), he was fitted with special earplugs. After filming was complete, he was adopted by one of the camera operators.

I would suggest "Ming". You'd get the daily satisfaction of showing him just who's really in command.

Surely he says something stupid more often than that.

One-syllable dog names sound too abrupt, IMO. How about Dissy?

Wtf this guy is talking about? I can't hear him.

In any case, "Pole" would be a great name for a dog.

"Tzar" will be a better name.

Tzar Putin? Isn't that name taken?

No, "tzar Putin" sounds too long for an average american dog. He simply will not respond to such a long name. Just call him "tzar" and he will manage that.
