Only vegetable I have issues with are the aforementioned Jerusalem Artichoke. I once made a purée of it with lots of butter and cream, it made slightly sick so I'm reluctant to try it again...I love being beaten by women - LorizaelComment

I tried to cultivate the blue potatoes "Vitelotte" this year, but the result was very meager.
Then again, all my potatoe harvest was only 1/3-1/2 of last year. I'm really happy that I'm no 19th cent. Irish peasant and can afford to buy my food if I need to.

I like pinto beans and black eyed peas. Corn is ok, in moderation. After that, I pretty much dry up on the liking. I can do salads. There are different salads.
