Yes, so as we were saying, it was nice of you to drop in, but it's great news that you have been unbanned from your new home over at Eventis. FFS man, I walk a mile just to get the groceries in. A proper walk is at least 4-5 miles. A serious walk is maybe ten.

I agree Cort. I often do 30 minutes of cardio (during which time I do ~3 miles on the treadmill) because I don't have real nice walking places, and don't have anyone to go walking with.

I'm surprised you need company on a walk though, Jon. Don't you have God to keep you company?

I prefer walking with my GF to being alone, but I'd rather walk alone than not at all. Perhaps it helps having stuff to look at, and walking around London is good value entertainment, I find.
