    You're not neutral though. Despite your attempts, your bias shows clearly to everyone and pissed them off. It's not the message, it really is the messanger. Even if your ideas are based on fact and non-bias, and people are still getting pissed at you, you need to take a long hard look at your presentation of them.

            As others have pointed out, there's the saying "it's not what is said, it's who said it that counts". Two people saying one and the same thing can provoke widely different reactions from the listeners. The reason they shoot the messanger is that he isn't a good looking chick. Consider wearing makeup and a dress to the next meeting and let us know how it went
