Can I get a lady?

For an STD check up for instance.

I had some before, and I prefer if a women doctor or a women nurse does the job of checking and inserting stuff in my peehole. Never had a man done it before, and I am glad. I know its a "professional", non-sexual situation, but still...Thats just me.
I have a girl friend that cant stand having a female Gynecologist check her out, it has to be a man.

So, which do you prefer? Is it politically incorrect to ask for a specific gender when you need these check-ups?
