    Not bad. I rather doubt the US & Europe would take it lying down, though. At some point, the two would unite to try and balance the Chinese. Russia might or might not be a part of it.

    What of Japan & Korea? Bullied or actually conquered?

      I agree the EU would eventually back Russia...


      But China does freak me out, I would prefer a century of American rule to China becoming the next Hyper power.

        None of them came close.

        Hitler was overextended the moment he ordered Barbarossa. If being "smart" means not doing that, then no world domination for the H man. Ditto Napolean before him.

        Heh. The USA wielded and wields a lot of economic power, and we do have more military power projection than anyone else. But we cannot manage to take over one ****hole country in the Middle East, let alone dominate the entire world. The height of US power was probably in the early 1950s, and has been falling ever since.

          You are right on most of that but wrong concerning several details.

          If Hitler had cleared Britain first (invasion or peace) and convince the Japs to invade Russia instead of going Pearl harbor the USSR would have chrumbled by 1944...

          Napoleon Would have all of Europe except Russia... all he would need to do is make arrangements as to what happened after his death... A united Europe at that time would be unbeatable it could even get all of its American colonies back, by the end of the 19th century it would control 3/4 of the worlds population.

            Napoleon tried to deal with Britain before invading Russia and hot his arse kicked at Trafalgar.

                  1. Redirect military budget towards defense efforts, propaganda, and stem cell research
                  2. Successfully clone David Hasselhoff 7 times: Chinese Buddist Hasselhoff, Islamic Arabian Hasselhoff, Baptist Alcoholic Hasselhoff, Jewish Hasselhoff, Black Rasta Hasselhoff, Mexican Catholic Hasselhoff, and a Hindu Indian Hasselhoff with Sikh tendencies.
                  3. Have the real Hasselhoff train them all in the art of seduction, brain washing, infiltration, and reality T.V. show judging.
                  4. Send Hasselhoff’s to respected regions and wait.

                            Jo Walton has an interesting book series based on the premise that UK makes a deal with Hitler after Dunkirk, and the US stays out also (elects Lindbergh, iirc). "Farthing" and "Ha'Penny" are the two books in print so far. They're essentially mysteries (murder mysteries) but they deal with the situation interestingly (though Hitler doesn't successfully conquer Russia by 1944).

                              Develop super virus and antidote.
                              Innoculate my population as part of flu shot or whatever.
                              Release virus, and hope innoculation worked.
                              Take over the rest of the world from the few virus survivors.
