this morning and before trick or treating i painted my one sister's face as darth maul. the second time [[the one i took a picture of]] it was poorly done because my mom was in such a hurry to go trick or treating.
there weren't many little kids in my neighborhood. a lot of highschoolers dressed as 'sportsfans' or something lame, so i gave them no candy.
the pumpkins my family carved
and this is the pumpkin i carved a few hours before the trick or treaters came

Sounds like Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew, with you in the role of Bianca. You could get Richard Burton to come in a marry your older sister...but only if she looks like Elizabeth Taylor.
hmm i've never heard of it. i'll look it up sometime.
oh. that might not work very well then since she does not look like her.
also, richard burton is kinda old... my sister just turned 18 this weekend. she said she's not going to makeout with anyone. ever. ewww. mayyybe when she's married tho.

NOT everyone celebrates Halloween. Stop being racists, I'm offended. I want this to be happy ... something. This is racist. We aren't all you nor do we want that. So if you are going to do this in the future, you better take us into accoun as well and not go on your racist rampage.
Culturalist maybe but not racist. BTW I'd bet that even the evil Finns had some sort of Halloween/All Saints Day tradition before the Protestant reformation. It started as a pre-Christian tradition in Celtic Europe (which used to cover much of western and central Europe before the Romans and Germans gave them a 1-2 punch) but the Catholic Church co-opted it and spread it to all Catholic lands.
Since Protestants don't traditionally venerate of saints the practice of getting dressed up for All Saints Day and All Hallow's Eve died out in Protestant countries. Americans have certainly co-opted and popularized the holiday once again but its origins are most certainly not American.

The video camera really didn't like the lighting, so none of the fog shows up, and I had to brighten it up a bunch which leaves it grainy. And it was taken well after 9PM when we turned the music down to let the kids get some sleep, so I had to overlay a song from our soundtrack onto it....but, it gives you a good idea what things were like.
The good pics will be getting up when I get a chance.

That's a pretty good Darth Maul, there. One pain in the ass face to paint, that one. My son did that in '06.

Your sister is sounding more and more like Katerina.
You should see it sometime. I think it was Burton's best performance ever...and Taylor does a great job too.
