"So this old guy runs me over with a bike, what an idiot! I wanted to kill him in an instant but I had mercy on him. Shoud I call the police? I should have, he ran over me and my body hurts."



Anyway, that sucks, calling the cops seems too much though. Cops are for solving crime, the kid is hardly a criminal. A punk? Could be. But there is justice, if he becomes big enough of a punk and crosses me, I'll kill him for you.

Another good advise is to aim straight at the victim target and hit the front wheel brake short before impact. That will improve the impact effect of your body mass when you fly over the steer. Just remember to get the opponents body between you and the asphalt.
