Greens are more politically developed outside NA.

Our Greens (Canada) are politically dumb and have yet to win a seat.

My first thing would probably be disbanding some of the intelligence agencies, and attempt to curb and reverse the supreme court back to its intended position. Also disband the bueacracy, atleast to pre civil war levels.

The powers that be in your country, along with the support of your people elect you to be the all powerful ruler of your country for 4 years.
If this is something aimed at the US, i would note the president is a extremely overrated position that doesnt even approach the status of all powerfull ruler.

I like this one, it would not even neccesarily break the constitution, after all, we have the sherman anti trust act... and we could amend the constitution, need be.

Why? If Congress is going to set their own salaries, and set a national minimum wage, why should they be allowed to give themselves raises (and I mean raises, not the yearly federal cost-of-living adjustment) without raining the minimum wage they regulate? Under what circumstances -- aside from sheer greed -- can we imagine that a $160,000/year congressman needs even more money, but a minimum wage worker doesn't?

What's absurd is paying congressmen anything more than minimum wage, for that matter.
