From opposition sources, total dead are under 150. Far lower than in 1988. IF this is the end, the regime achieved it with far less bloodshed than there might have been. Their could of course, be several reasons for them trying to minimize bloodshed.
Meanwhile there is a UN envoy there, while Im not forecasting great success for the envoy, its premature to consider this over.
