                Everyone knows electrical gerenation problems are primarily the result of zero investment in infrastructure by Saddam for a decade. Stuff gets old, and breaks.

                      It would, as now all the equipment/facilites are 4 years older. In any case I said primarily. Obviously targeted crippling of some of the grid during the invasion as well as targeted insurgent interference is also to blame.

                      Can you imagine what our power grid would look like with no investment for a decade, and only cursory maintenance for another five years?
