Fascinating point - so what pray tell is the problem with that? You have something against minorites?the OT doesn't have to have a rugby thread in it permenantly that two or three people only use
However I would agree with you that the Sports forum works well - witness one of my few forays outside of it (as noted by Imran).It is better to keep silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubtComment

I hope the history forum doesnt get lost in this discussion of the Sports forum.
I was originally a supporter of it, cause history threads really did tend to get lost in OTF, unless they became nationalist troll threads. And cause it seemed related to the topic of the site, a game about history, and cause CFC, and especially PIF had successful history forums. When admin actually created the history forum, I participated actively but was disappointed at the lack of activity, and the, well, nationalist and ideological trolling that was making up too high a portion of the activity (some makes sense, but it was getting a bit much)
Well then Lazarus and the Gimp was appointed mod.
And the history forum is a (relatively) lively and interesting place, and NOT only because of Laz's own threads, but because hes inspired others to post more as well.
