Getting your own place is certainly a pleasure - just remember to keep it tidy - messy surroundings doesn't attract females
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

You must have a certain amount of messiness they can work with
