    Yeah well if you only do trial work for innocent people you should have lots of time per case.

    If you absolutely refuse to represent people guilty of the offence(s) they are charged with you should avoid trial work and do some other type of law.

    I hate being at a desk and prefer a little more 'action'.

    All my clients are innocent though.
