    Is this all just histeria?

I mean, I dont think they decide to get rid of the bonds of a country, based on things as Fiscal superavit/deficit, exports superavit/deficit, growth, margin for apreciation of the currency etc

They just enter into panic, nothing rational

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

                  Uggghhh...
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

That reminds me of one of my characters in a screenplay I never got around to writing called "Zeroes." He is a rogue multimillionaire, who takes the cynical view that large amounts of money consist mostly of zeros -- which are by definition nothing. So he sets off to pull a multibillion scam, selling non-existing government bonds.
