Re: Arctic ice levels "Lowest in recorded history"

You are never, ever again allowed to complain about anti-GWers citing local temperature extremes (or similar extremes) as evidence against GW, unless you admit this thread is 1) retarded and 2) hypocritical.

Also, you aren't allowed to call yourself a scientist.

And to anyone who complains that he didn't link this to GW anywhere: **** off. We do it to Cali, we do it to aneeshm, it's really really obvious here too what the agenda is.

Is there actual meaning to that or is it just random words strung together?

                  The pictures are striking.

No doubt argument is (just about) possible as to whether the changes are simply part of a natural cycle or whether they are influenced by human activities.

But, whatever the cause, changes as radical as the pictures illustrate are going to affect us.

Excellent...should make navigation through the Arctic Ocean feasible

...and if we manage to make Antarctica hospitable, just think of all that extra land we get

I think you still can't depend on a passage being there permanently. The ice moves around too much. I could be wrong though.

I need one of those machines to do that. You know, the kind that gets you around to places that you need to be at.
