Well I am currently in Hull, flood capital of England at the moment. There are thousands who are homeless living in caravans and temporary accommodation and the streets look a mess. The floods had some bad effects as well

Up in the north east we've had some lashes of rain but overall nothing really to complain about. I must be on high ground
Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone, for they warp the matrix through which we perceive the world. Extend your awareness outward, beyond the self of body, to embrace the self of group and the self of humanity. The goals of the group and the greater race are transcendant, and to embrace them is to acheive enlightenment.

Our game over there got postponed end of June. So it's on Sunday instead. We're still one point from getting off the bottom of the table after beating Bradford last night, but at least we're keeping our heads above water..

Gloucester has run out of water

(due to failure of a pumping plant)

I've spent some evenings mopping water from the basement floor this summer. And today a new heavy rain is expected, coming here from UK.

90% of my holiday has been rainy days, but not all. On friday I burned my back and face in the sun
