    Discussing the poster again!

Ming, Molly is clearly flouting the rules by ignoring your warning and should be banned!

    Asher was banned for less...
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

If I were 'discussing' YOU, I would not have referred to the hypocrisy and cant expressed in the posts. I simply would have labelled YOU a ' canting hypocrite '.

      I did not do so.

To identify hypocrisy, it's clear that the same person (or organisation) would have to be referred to- it's hardly sensible to call something hypocritical if it's the opinions of two entirely different people.

If someone states something such as:

      Oh yeah, this thread.

All that is wrong about Poly in one perfect, spiteful package...
then follows it up with another self-penned thread which reads as little more than

      one spiteful package...
which can't even get its facts straight and makes light of the accidental death of an American citizen, then the obvious discontinuity between the sentiments expressed in one thread and the content and intent of another subsequent thread deserves to be highlighted.

Aha, the 'LotM defence' to discussing the poster...

Someone? Who might that be that is subject to what appears to be an inaccurate recollection of accounts...

Which poster is mentioned in this phrase:

          English comprehension for beginners
          ?

          None that I see.

Aha, the 'LotM defence' to discussing the poster...
I am not discussing the poster, I am discussing the difference between what was openly stated in one thread and what was done in another.

If no coercion was involved, why make the first post ?

Having made the first post with its pronouncements on what was supposedly wrong with this site, why then make the subsequent thread which encapsulated the supposed deficiencies outlined in the first post ?

          Someone?
For the sake of argument let's imagine that a human agency was involved and that the post and the later thread weren't self-generating...

Why have you not started banning people for nasty and slanderous personal attacks yet?

I have been the paragon of virtue here by refusing to stoop to the tactics of my attackers - are you saying it is now OK to give as good as I get?

Just like how you got Asher banned...

I decided to coin a term for it that everyone would understand.

If you want to discuss Asher... do it in the community thread... If you want to insult other posters... do it at another site... If you want to post about this actual topic, then carry on.
