any ideas why my interenet connection slows down to a crawl at night?

anyways I finally got thru to a live operator, can't get a guy out here till sunday.

though of course after I called, it started acting better. . I did go into the yellow (on the wow connectivity bar) at 4 AM yesterday morning, but nothing over 155 ms.

Right now the cable guy is 2 doors down, I'm not sure what he's working on. The operator did say my cable tv box (which is digital) was sending back a few weird signals. So we'll see what the guy says tomorrow.

Consider yourself fortunate, Dis, in the sense that you can get a cable technician to come out on a Saturday or Sunday.

Here, it's Monday through Friday only. If your connection goes down Friday night, you're sh*t out of luck until Monday morning (in which case, I'd demand a 10 percent discount on my monthly bill, fine print be damned).
