I went for another masochist run.
It was at least -4c. When I came inside afterwards I had a fine coating of frost on my clothes.
It was a brilliant morning/night, cloudless, the big dipper and southern cross clearly visible and quite low in the sky. It's unusual to see the night sky from the perspective of pre-dawn.
