    Bad News

    After more than a month of doing follow ups, and waiting, the Papers of Abraham Lincoln project committee turned me down for one of the four research specialist positions.

    So, I'm still stuck in the same rut while I continue my career search.
    A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

                Sorry to hear that MrFun

                Maybe you should try living in the future instead of the past though. Start becoming the history expert of some who is still living! There is so much competition for the old dead dudes.

                    Better yet, write about people who haven't even lived yet! You could create a series of books that detailed the history of some sort of future empire. It would be like an encyclopedia for the whole galaxy.

                          I second this idea. There is no one writing about future history. If we are destined to repeat the past if we don't learn from it then prove it! Start writing history books about the future history!!!
