Granted, those balls will probably bring down the Republican Party in a fiery ball of destruction. Most people are going to be pissed that now, no one will truly be held to task for the Plame leak.

It's obvious, though, that if the court had said Libby could stay free while he appealed that Bush would have continued his hands-off approach. He probably had the order already signed and waiting to be issued in a desk drawer for when that news came down...
