    Zombie question

    If you kill a zombie, is it technically still murder?

    I mean they are undead, but not the same as a living human being....OTOH maybe they still count as persons. I bet some of them are actually quite nice guys (not visually though). I can't imagine them being all asshats, IMO this sounds too much like a generalization, you know, the typical evil zombie cliché.

    Help me out of this dilemma.

            My wife poses a similar question. If you have sex with a zombie is it necrophilia? If so is it necrophilia to have sex with a vampire?

                      Sex with a Zombie is necrophilia. Not with a vampire, though. Zombies are dead, Vampires are undead. Get with the picture

                      Killing a Zombie is impossible as they are already dead. Thus eliminating a Zombie is not murder, it is just good practice.

                          Zombies are undead too. But they are both souless reanimated corpses. So it's still necrophilia.

                              Zombies are dead, not undead. They are corpses animated with the ability to move, but they are not Undead, which are thinking (sentient) creatures. They have no minds, and thus are not Undead.
