Indeed, Lorizael, i made three critical errors here on 'Poly:
1) i underestimated everybody...
2) i made my intentions known and "exposed" myself on several occasions...
3) i let my temper speak for me more times than i can remember and made a jackass out of myself...
these are all mistakes i have never made in my younger days as a flamer. as far as being cynical and apathetic that is me in a nutshell. but the mistakes i have made here are truly unrecoverable. the entire reason for this thread was not really to apologize, although i did do that...
...my intention was to step down and retire as a flamer once and for all. i am making too many mistakes.

I mean, when I think of the pain and anguish I may have caused some of the folks here, I just am beside myself with remorse.
When you couple that with seeing the pain of posters leaving Poly, perhaps over my insensitivity and inappropriate, I blame the system yes but moreso, I blame society as a whole for not embracing me at an earlier point in my posting career.
