Physicists like to belittle and bash us biologists. Oh well, we will always remember it was a physicist (Lord Kelvin) that kept saying the Earth was too young for Darwinian Evolution and Uniformitarianism to be correct. I would have to say Philosophy is the most respected. Unfortunately that was not a choice so I had to choose economics.
Mathematics does not get much of my respect because most of what can be done with math can be done faster by computers.Comment
