nBSG has certainly had — and will continue to have — its flashes of greatness, but I cannot foresee it ever turning into a decades-long franchise like Star Trek and Star Wars.

I can remember when nBSG first started, it was being called the Trek/Wars Killer. Well, I don't think that's going to happen.

Its obvious the series couldn't last 6 seasons. There are too much constraints. And I don't think a TV series has to turn in a decade-long franchise in order to be great. Star Trek has been a joke for quite a while now.

Its the mark of a good TV show that it can recognize its constraints, and react accordingly. Star Trek has become nothing, and it is good to see that nBSG will end before that happens. (though it would be better if they didn't fill season 4 with some of the lesser moments in season 3).

The first one is the Adama action figure. The other one is a cylon raider. Both toys made for the first series. The raider could actually shoot missiles. The red thing is a missile. I loved that thing.
