I voted black, 'cause that is how I like my coffee on weekdays. But when I am off work, or going out with friends or family, I always go for sweet stuff like cappucino or other sweetened coffee drinks.

Black. Best way when the coffee's actually good, which is why I don't drink it at restaurants any more. Very few places in the US, including coffee houses, seem to know how to do that. Which is odd, because it's pretty simple.
Definitely not a fan of flavored coffees or coffee-flavored drinks like Starbucks does, even when the coffee part of it is done right.
