      I hope he's punished, but this sort of lawsuit is baloney. Unless one of then got TB from him, there's nothing to be recovered here.

        I also think it'd be easy to find a jury that would jump at the chance to stick it to him. Let's also not orget that one of them has in fact tested positive.

          So you've got one case of genuine bodily injury (the one who tested positive). Then you have the claims of others... I assume they're looking for medical monitoring costs? Pfft to the "emotional distress" crap, but medical monitoring costs in a situation like this strike me as reasonable.
