Man, think about saving 10 grands just taking a 10 hour beating. I mean who cares. Just get drunk or something. It's a pain in the ass, it really is, I hate flying because I don't like to sit with bunch of strangers and smell the airplane farts. The food sucks, the bathrooms sucks and you can only read so much to keep you interested and not thinking about the fact that you're stuck in this crappy chair for a loooooooong time.
But are those first class tickets really worth the money? Not really. I mean, you can have billions of dollars, I still woudln't think it's worth the money. I'd buy my own plane, sure, but I wouldn't pay that much for that.
I WOULD take them if the company paid for them though. In fact I would hope for first class every time.
And those are some seriously nice "seats"

It's a 767, so there's a 1 in 7 chance. 8 hours of middle seat is probably enough to make me kill somebody.
