  • The 28 weeks later discussion thread ( SPOILERIFIC)

    Just got back....

    My 1 sentence review:

Man, the American military messed that up worse then we messed up Iraq.

    Action scenes: A

    Drama: A

Length: B-I like long movies, it was just under 2 hours... to get an A from me, it would have to be longer

Avoiding cliches: B- -it did not do as bad as most movies, it avoided the big cliches, but things like having the father play such a prominant role after he becomes a zombie was lame.

Acting: A-acting was great and believable.

    Overall- A, great movie.

Looking forward to a sequel if they make one.

Now.... shall we begin listing the incredible incompetancy of the U.S. military in this movie heh?

You misspelled Doddler. It should be spelled T-o-d-d-l-e-r.

Misspelt is proper English, misspelled is simplified American English.

About the movie - Initially i thought it was going to be a **** cash cow from the original but every review thus far i've seen is really hyping it up so will definately be going to see it soon rather then some lame alternative like spidey 3.
Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone, for they warp the matrix through which we perceive the world. Extend your awareness outward, beyond the self of body, to embrace the self of group and the self of humanity. The goals of the group and the greater race are transcendant, and to embrace them is to acheive enlightenment.

Thank you, my point exactly. We can play this game 'til the cows come home from an all-night bender and still not be on-topic.

The original gave my fiancee such nightmares that she outright refuses to see this. Guess I'll be going solo sometime this week.

I'm not sure which one is scarrier to be honest, I think the original may well have been scarrier then this one.

I agree. "misspelt" is definitely scarier.

I had no idea this was even a movie until I saw it listed on metacritic yesterday. I must be out of the loop.
