I have a parrot that cusses at me and screams because of a previous owner. His nerves have made a lot of feathers fall out, so that he resembles a plucked chicken in spots.
Do I get any "attaboys" for putting up with him?

My frenids have a cat. He was let loose to run about, and they took him in. He is generally very nice ot humans, etc. They haven't fixed him yet.
He terrorizes one of the older cats, and has apparently bit her hard enough on the back that it is infected. Also, he bit the vet pretty bad when they took him in for his first set of shots (apparently, you do 2 sets of shots, then you fix them, he is still a kitten, but I would have fixed him at a younger age than he is now).
Tuesday night he was in some 'fight' with a cat on the other side of a screen window (window was open, just screen between). My freind picked him up and pushed him away.. he went right back. My freind's wife (also a freind) then went to take him off the screen again (I think they were trying to sleep) and he bit into her.. hard. Yesterday her hand was all swollen, and she went to the hospital.
Now they are planning to get rid of him (he is very affectionate to me and my freind.. doesn't seem to like the wife as much, but didn't show antagonism towards her from my two visits there).
What should be done with him?

Our Pit was 12 years old and she ate some of that Chinese pet food and she lost her kidney, so we had to let her go.Comment
