Using registered artillery to level city block by city block? Nope, that's something the Russians do in Grozny. Or the Ethiopians in Mogadishu.
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

Didn't your artillery leveled a block in Baghdad just yesterday?

You've used artillery and air support in Iraq no less than Russians did in Chchnya.

No, just the fact that 11,000 Russian Servicemen, and about 200,000 innocent civilians have died in Mr. Putin's

                WAR FOR OIL

Oh wait, sorry, wrong script, wrong war.

Nope. If we did use artillery, it was of the Laser guided 155mm shell variety, or the GMLRS GPS missiles. Unlike, say, the Russians, we're careful about who we aim at.

Yeah, except we are not indiscriminate. Comparing Russian air support to American air support is like comparing WW2 Strategic Bombing to precision munition bombing. Sure, the Russkis will kill a their target, but they'll kill a whole ****load more than they would have with PGMs.

Putin never said anything like this. He was smart enough to let Chechens themselves deal with terrorist remnants they still have there and to gave a total rehabilitation to everyone who wasn't a complete bloody bastard and really wanted to join the winning side.
And you know what? That worked.

Isn't it exactly what the US said before launching the attack on Fallujah?

I bet you simply stole this technology from us.

                                Actually, MG Matthis said:

Listen to me. I have sent my Big Guns home. I want to work with you. I want to make this as painless as possible. I am begging you, with tears in my eyes, to cooperate. But I promise, if you **** with me or my Marines, I will kill you all.
                                (from Fiasco)

Incidentally, after the Blackwater contractors got strung up on the Bridge, Matthis wanted to hold off on attacking Fallujah...basically, he wanted to just cordon off the city while we tried to figure out who was responsible. He was ordered to move in because Rumsfeld didn't want it to appear like Mogadishu, where we ran away.

Well, seeing as you were cranking out, what? 2 shells a year? Isn't like you all could actually use it. You sure as Hell haven't used it in Grozny(or if you did, it wasn't in a PGM capacity, judging from all those pictures that were taken before Putin kicked out all foreign journalists)

                                Kerbella, Mosul,
You are picking some odd cities for "cities that America has leveled".

                                white phosphorus,
Used to mark targets/illumination. Not used as a weapon in of itself. You fail.
                                cluster bombs,
Not used in urban areas, though I freely admit to their widespread use in, say, Western Iraq and Afghanistan.

                                shall I continue?
Sure. I may get the carpel tunnel syndrome from refuting the stuff you make up though.
