You were born in USSR. Period.
Serioga, explain how this is not a ****ed up video - they show churches being destroyed (not proud), then victorious T-34, Victory, then cosmonauts (Proud), then Gorby (Not proud?) then Soviet troops beating civilians in Vilnius, 1991 (Proud? not proud? ashamed? why is it there, it's kind of outside the context...).

You got to admit, that Serb has a point here. Right or wrong, you weren't occupied but annexed. Hence you were born in the Soviet Union, not "Occupied Lithuania". Just like my son was born in Leningrad (not St Petersburg) and my father in the German city of Königsberg (not the Soviet/Russian city of Kaliningrad).
EDIT: Oh, and this discussion hardly belongs in this thread.

Occupied, annexed... What's the difference?
This fact does not depend on whether the annexation is rightful or wrong (mostly it's wrong). So your political statement is irrelevant to the fact, that one can't be born as citizen of a country, that has been previously annexed and not yet gained its souvereignty (which Lithuania did 1991). So even if that fact violates Saras' national pride (as it would mine in his situation), he is born in the Soviet union and a present citizen of Lithuania. Just as I am born in the German Democratic Republic, and a present citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany.
I'm always pleased to enlighten you.
