oh my parents are the ones that wouldn't allow me. that'd just be ridiculous to travel like 2000 miles to play some cards.

I liked both of the Brazilian restaurants I've been to especially the way they spiced their meat. There was certainly enough beef, lamb, chicken, pork, and god knows what else to go around. It think that style restaurant is mainly from the far south of Brazil near the Argentine border. I hear northern Brazilian food is very different without nearly so much meat.

My friend got me a 30 gig iPod as a present. I'm kinda ambivalent about it, cuz I really want it, but I think it's too expensive a gift from someone I don't know all that well. On the othe hand, he makes a lot of freakin' money so it's pocket change for him.
