The "minimum" according to every dietary guide I have seen is two servings of fruit and two of vegetable daily. One serving is highly inadequate.

I am sure that in order to build muscle most efficiently, you need a diet heavy in proteins, given that the body will need the proteins to build the muscle mass you are trying to create. That said, this is not a typical diet whatsoever, since the point is not to simply maintain the body you have healthy, but to increase the muscle mass. Once you are done adding muscle and decide to simply maintain what you have, doddler's dietary advice is counter to every single thing I havce read.

EDIT: I had understood Doddler to mean one serving of fruit or vegetable daily. My bad.

200 grams of protein is ridiculous though.
