I can't drive around with my house. I'd rather have a hot car. .
If I spent the amount of money I spent on my house on a car, I might get laid. . err, probably not.
Oh and I don't know how much your house cost but I would think that any guy driving even a 100K car should be able to use that to get laid pretty regularly-- " Want to go for a ride?" takes on a whole new meaning. You don't get to 300 losses without being a pretty exceptional goaltender.-- Ben Kenobi speaking of Roberto Luongo

Maybe I'll buy a winnebago and cruise the strip in that. Definate chick magnet. And you can live in it!

I was only kidding. Only old people drive those things. I don't think I have ever seen a young person in one. And I'm not really that interested in scoring anyways.
Sorry for the threadjack.
I think in a lot of cases, people only pay the minimum payment. And aren't willing to allocate a lot of their income to their home. They are too busy buying electronic gadgets and wasting their money. I had no problem putting over 50% of my income to my house. I don't live an expensive lifestyle, however. Don't drink much, and I don't gamble.

Somewhere around 14% of gross if you include mortgage, condo fees and property taxes."The French caused the war [Persian Gulf war, 1991]" - Ned

Whereas it used to be that downtown prices were less than upper NW and suburban prices, that situation has reversed. The way it is now makes more sense from an economic perspective, but it was the opposite for a long, long time (always?).If you look around and think everyone else is an *******, you're the *******.
