                  We had an internet poll in Finland over who should be elected POTUS in 2004. I didn't vote, but Patriqvium gave 10 000 votes to G.W. Bush

                  You can't really force people to have just 1 vote without a registration system, which will severely cut the amount of participants so it hasn't been done in the survey Will9 linked.
