I've recently noticed the phenomenon that certain one-syllable words can be emphasized by changing a short vowel into a diphthong. Examples:
    Biatch
    Shiat
    Di(y)ack
    Si(y)ack
    Fuack

I find this colossally funny. Are there more such words? How common is this, is it only African Americans who do this or do white people do it too? What kind of mental associations does speaking like this cause in native English speakers?

And no, I'm not just trying to circumvent the forum rules

I've only encountered the first one. It's become multicultural.
