In the movies, why does it always happen that there's a chance to finish the chaser but they never do that?

It's usually a captive or whatever, and the bad guy gets to you, but somehow you get lucky and hurt the guy and the guy goes down. So, now you must finish him, not run away! Now you can truly get on top of things and THEN run away, as in the guy isn't going to follow you very soon or at all.

So why? Why do they.. they even run like right next to them when they're down, so the bad guy grabs their legs, it's a joke man.. what are you doing? The guy is down, FINISH HIM!

Because than the bad guy would be dead, the movie over, and the visitors would sue the cinemas for charging them full price for such a short movie?

There's not nearly enough ruthless shooting-in-the-back in movies. It's one of the reasons why I don't like most films.

Cort Haus, exactly. I think it's OK for some movies, after all that's what they are, movies.

But I'd like to see a refreshing one, where that stuff is taken cared of. There are movies like that though, but not enough. I like how you put it, ruhtless shooting-in-the-back. We need more of that.

aahz, all of the movies!

Spec, I like Japanese cinema and have lots of it, including that one.. but it's a whole different story, I want our films to look more like weird stuff as well. How about a guy goes into a laundry place, but can't open the door of the machine, and just generally gets pissed off by that huge obstacle in his life and shoots the person next to him. Just series of obstacles and dealing with it, I think that would be interesting.

Aaah I know that movie... it's translated kind of wrong, the direct translation in here was 'Rough Day', when it is as you say, 'Falling Down'.

Yeah, that's a good flick. We need more random stuff like that.
