        I don't think the CN tower hasa lot of surface area to cover with heating strips?

            For a second day in a row, the main expressway into downtown is closed as are many downtown streets near the CN Tower, including streetcar lines.

            Toronto.

                          Albertans are sensible and find it unacceptable to close the major artery to your city due to poor planning.
