I support psychological coercion and mind games

Torture should only be applied if there is an absolute necessity like a very pressing time frame, or a scare for a nuke attack or something.

Basically, you support torture but only if torturers think it's neccessary.

i would assume the green light will be given by someone higher than the torturer.

so I support torture in rare occassions.

or say, if this is a unique bastard that was captured after, say, ruthlessly setting a bus load of children on fire or something. wouldn't mind if someone peeled his skin off
