                        LS actually hit it right on spot - the users of it didn't pay any rent, water, electricity or what ever bills you can imagine.

                        It was an municipal building that was used as a kindergarten for youngsters, and the municipal autorities descided to do otherwise with the building.

This is equivilent to the KKK buying out black churches in the Civil Rights movement and evicting the congregations!                               they weren't paying for anything for years, and now they're suprised the reality finally got them. With all the money saved, they could buy the property themselves have some of them tried to work.
