KH laid it out in the first thread. It's basically KH's impression of our intelligence, based on the posts he's seen. He's going by the gut.

So it's an intellectual popularity contest with KH as sole judge.

I'd be willing to bet that there's a significant positive correlation with other reasonable metrics of intelligence.

At a guess, correlation coefficient = 0.7 or so
