The simple facts, LOTM, are as follows:
1) Your field -- the field of all things Jewish, I presume -- is simply not important. It holds about as much importance as people who study science fiction, a related field.
2) Your continued posting in a thread you do not approve does nothing except bump it. Conclusions can be drawn by the reader.

It's not just intelligence, it's true of many an insecurity. It's the same with the trophy wife for example.
