Look, im not asking for any threads to be closed. And a certain amount of competive intellectual sparring is par for the course. But the constant "look how smart I am" "im smarter than anyone else" "my field is toughest" "your field is BS" just reeks of profound insecurities. I would generalize from what Kuci said, most intelligent folks who are secure in their self esteem dont go around boasting about it. Its just gotten a bit much lately, is all.
