A couple years back some counselors at a local 4-H Camp were reported to be running fights between kids at the camp. The counselors would force some of the kids to fight, then force other kids to pay to watch the fights. Towards the end of the summer someone finally had the courage to report it.
Around here 4-H stands for: Harm, Havoc, Homicide, and Hostility.
