BAH!

Who cares! As if swallowing 4000 calories a day was better! Why is there such a social stigma toward smokers, I'll never understand. Smoking doesn't affect economy and health as much as obese people. Actually, we die earlier than obese persons, draining money for those stupid electric wheelchairs AND MORE JUNK FOOD. And because we are supposed to die at least 10-15 years before non-smokers, we will receive pensions for many years less than other persons, meaning we are a productive and respectable part of the society.

I stigmatize smoking because it affects ME. Overweight people are only a problem when i ride the bus. Smokers who smoke near me or shortly before talking to me smell bad and irritate me

Productive when you're not taking smoke breaks every half hour.

Seriously, I think the health crusaders will make eliminating all smoking a serious target next. It's already gotten to be, most places you can only smoke outside, in your house, or in certain parts of certain bars (and most bars here are finding that the restrictions the law demands are not worth it). I don't care, never got hooked or saw the allure. Good luck to you guys when/if you quit.

I noticed, that instead of the "kills you" sticker, packages in Lidl-market chain have "causes impotense" in them. Nevermind dying, but you might not be able to get it up. I wonder if that's an effective deterrent...

Can one person smoking cause harm to another person? Yes. Second hand smoke is worse than actually smoking.

You can´t compare apples and pears. Smoking hurts you and everyone around you. Eating doesn´t, unless you throw the food around and it gets in someones eye...
