Along those lines, a friend of mine bought a video iPod and has downloaded a couple of movies, which he plays on his TV. The cost is frightful, but the quality is surprisingly quite acceptable for his 32" screen.

Maybe 10 hours.
8 at work (on and off; the monitor's always on, but I'm not necessarily always looking at it), 2 at home for entertainment.

I don't see why you'd need to replace your Xbox. HDMI is more trouble than its worth right now, I still have HDCP syncing nightmares on my TV and the HDMI port is buggy at 1080p60.."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

I meant the stand-alone hard-drives, since I already have an actual Xbox. It would be nice if the 120GB was priced at $100, and the 20GB dropped to say 40-50. But who knows. I very likely won't be buying the 120GB if they price it at $200 like the hd dvd.Originally posted by Q Cubed

Because you can also download HD TV shows, which you get to actually keep. And, like I mentioned before, people also download game demos, game content, etc. Not to mention any music they might have on it.Originally posted by KrazyHorse
Okay. Googled it and yeah, 4GB is a reasonable size.
So we're already talking about enough storage space for 30 full-length HD movies. Call it 15 (half goes to other ****)
That's one a day, if you keep them the full 2 weeks.
I don't really see a problem here.
